进瓶机构：专用进瓶螺杆，安装扭力限制器,螺杆和护瓶推板均为快拆结构，且都有定位，一次调整完成，后期无需调整，更换模具简单快捷。

2.贴标工作原理：Labeling Principle

本热熔胶OPP贴标机为回转式、连续运行贴标的新型贴标机; 设备能够自动调节容器的进、出传动情况；由输送带传送过来的容器被分瓶螺杆按照星轮的间距分开一定的距离，然后进瓶星轮将容器传送到容器转台上，由压瓶机构和容器的模具座将容器固定好后，容器开始按一定的速度自转，进行定位贴标。

3.设备安全防护功能部分：Equipment safety protection function

电源监控：当供电电源出现过压,欠压,缺相,相位错时切断主电路并报警,防止电器元件损坏。

Power Supply Monitoring: When the power supply appears over-voltage, under-voltage, missing phase, phase fault, cut off the main circuit and alarm, to prevent electrical components damage.

安全防护：当防护门打开时设备禁止运行启动，紧急状态下可按下急停开关,防止造成人员伤害。

标签状态：当标签用完时降速待机并报警提示，提醒更换标签。当标签的色标与图纸相似时.可以避开色标以外的图案，检测色标.

胶液检测：当胶液温度未达融化值时设备禁止启动，防止设备损坏,当胶液温度超过上限,探头开路,加热器断路时停止加热并停机报警,当胶箱液位低,胶液即将用完时报警提示并延时降速待机。
