输送机构：この貼付機は送送動力を備えていません, 采用灌装或本身链道的输送线的动力，变频器调速。
Conveyor sector:The labeling machine without conveyor power, adopt filling machine’s power or exit conveyor’s own power ,converter adjust the speed.
输送线宽度按现有生产线制作，本机不提供输送链板。

Width of conveyor will manufacturing according to exist conveyor line ,the labeling machine do not provide conveyor chains .

主轴支架机构：采用2单作用气缸和立柱构成三角形稳定状态。

进瓶机构：专用进瓶螺杆，安装扭力限制器,螺杆和护瓶推板均为快拆结构，且都有定位，一次调整完成，后期无需调整，更换模具简单快捷。

Bottle feeding mechanism: dedicated bottle feeding screw, installation of Torque limiter ,screw and bottle protector push board are quick dis–assembly structure, and both have positioning, once adjustment is completed, no adjustment in future, quick and easy to change.

进出瓶星轮：与主转盘齿轮连接，负责进瓶螺杆与主转盘之间的过渡，安装扭力限制器，快拆结构，且都有定位，一次调整完成，后期无需调整，更换模具简单快捷。

2.贴标工作原理：Labeling Principle

本热熔胶OPP贴标机为回转式、连续运行贴标的新型贴标机; 设备能够自动调节容器的进、出传动情况；由输送带传送过来的容器被分瓶螺杆按照星轮的间距分开一定的距离，然后进瓶星轮将容器传送到容器转台上，由压瓶机构和容器的模具座将容器固定好后，容器开始按一定的速度自转，进行定位贴标。
The hot melt adhesive OPP labeling machine is a new type of rotating and continuous operation labeling machine; Equipment can automatically adjust the container in and out of the transmission; The container transferred by the conveyor belt is separated by a certain distance by the bottle dividing screw according to the distance of the star wheels. The cutting label is sent to the gluing system; In this part, the system applies glue to both ends of the label, which makes the consumption of hot melt glue the lowest.

When the coated label is transferred to the labeling position, the label can be accurately and effectively glued to the container. Since the container is in a rotational state during the transfer of the label, the label can be attached to the container smoothly and tightly. The strip at the end of the label can form a good lapping seal of the label, completing a labeling process.

3.设备安全防护功能部分：Equipment safety protection function

电源监控：当供电电源出现过压,欠压,缺相,相位错时切断主电路并报警,防止电器元件损坏。

Power Supply Monitoring: When the power supply appears over-voltage, under-voltage, missing phase, phase fault, 主回路と警報を遮断する, 電気部品の損傷を防ぐ.

胶液检测：当胶液温度未达融化值时设备禁止启动，防止设备损坏,当胶液温度超过上限,探头开路,加热器断路时停止加熱并停机报警,当胶箱液位低,胶液即将用完时报警提示并延时降速待机。

漏贴报警/标签传递失败：当出现漏贴标时设备降速停机报警,防止切标鼓粘胶,降低停机时间。
Warning of missing label/label delivery failed: When there is a missing label, the device slows down to stop & alarm, to prevent cutting the label drum glue, reduce the downtime.

物料控制：当进出瓶端瓶子数量变化时，贴标机自动调速。
Material Control: when bottles quantity change at in and out ,labeling machine will be adjusting speed by itself.

器件监控：当伺服驱动,变频驱动发生故障,控制电源出现短路时设备停机报警。

Components Monitoring: When the servo drive, frequency conversion drive failure, control power short circuit,the device shutdown alarm.

气压检测：当气压达不到设备生产要求时，设备实行停机保护，防止不良品的产生。

瓶子堵塞：当标站,进料螺杆,进出瓶星轮发生堵塞卡顿故障时停机报警。
