GENERAL FEATURE and Specifications
The most classic and compact design of this 3-in-1 Monoblock is a core machine of the bottling line. Empty bottles lined up and enter the monoblock to wash the bottle inside, the load device load the bottles into the internal washing stages, through pre-rinse, detergent rinse, disinfectant rinse, product water rinse, and dripping stages, they are ready to fill the product water. Thanks to the classic high pressure rinsing nozzle, and the bottle neck immerge cup design, the internal surface of bottle has cleaned without dead-end. Then the linear non-contact quantitative filler can fill accurate amount of water into bottles immediately. Before the next group of empty bottles come to this position, this group of bottled water already conveyed through the capper, and sealed with caps to the next station.

INTERNAL WASHER:
- Internal washing process is customizable according to your specific technique requirement.
- The rinsing product water can be recycle at least 3 times inside the whole bottling line. (water saving)
- The direct injection nozzle and spherical nozzle are installed on a chain wheel structure, which control the overall nozzle lift, and ensure the lift consistency and stability.
- The water jets rinsing in all directions inside bottle, including bottle neck, bottom, and walls.
- The quick liquid recycle pipeline have installed in each heat rinsing stage, avoid liquid lost and minimum heat loss. Also reduce the mist in the washer, and minimum interfere with sensors and detectors.
- Heat insulation tank installed for each high temperature water tanks. After 30 minutes of pre-warming can reach the start up standards, then it will switch off half of the heaters automatically according to the temperature detector in the production process. (energy saving) The temperature of water tank is adjustable.
- The detergent and disinfectant stages have max. consideration on “no mixing liquid”, more contact time for effective sterilization, and min. chemical lost.
- The bottle neck immerge cup design can completely clean the bottle neck, while processing internal rinsing.
- Each water tank equipped water level alarm, drainage pipe, visible liquid level observer, and manhole for convenient maintenance.
- With exhaust hood and LED lightings fitting at the inside top, the maintenance person can easily observe the situations inside.
- Centralized waste water pipeline ensure a clean & dry factory floor, and reduce pollution.
- All the electric cable and wires are installed in full packing wire casing, with clean wiring design, convenient for maintenance.
DIRECT RINSING NOZZLE & SPHERICAL RINSING NOZZLE:

FILLER:
- Non-contact linear filling, without water overflow.
- Filling volume accuracy: within ±50ml (filling time: 15″).
- Non-contact filling technology to avoid these secondary contaminations and hurt the bottles.
- All parts in contact with product have a sanitary design, made of SUS 316L, with surface treatment.
- With CIP (clean in place) interface, reduce quality risk.
CAPPER:
- It is a linear machine designed for caps applied on the bottles by pressure. Bottle takes the cap directly from the chute of cap conveyer. When it pass the belt conveyor, the cap has sealed tightly on the bottle top.
- Height is adjustable for different bottle size.
- Two stage press-on capper, further improve the sealing effect.
- Stainless steel conveyor belt with pneumatic buffer, provide just right force to seal the cap.
