1、General Description:

PET bottle combiblock integrated blowing-filling-capping system. It is a domestically developed and designed PET bottle water filling machine based on the filling process requirements of China’s mineral water, pure water and other beverages. It is improved on the basis of the previous filling machine and is directly connected to the blowing machine, which avoids the bottle wear caused by empty bottle transportation, reduces the weight of the bottle and saves costs.

The bottle passes the bottle blowing machine, through the transition wheel of the wheel assembly, and is transferred to the two-in-one filling machine. Bottles entering the filling machine are clamped by the bottle gripper, and are adopted non-contact filling. The filled bottles are fed into the capping machine by the filling dial.

The anti-rotate knife on the capping machine jams the bottle neck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing it from rotating. The capping head keeps revolving and rotates on the capping machine, and realizes the actions of grasping, covering, capping and uncapping under the action of the cam, completing the entire capping process. The finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the bottle-out conveyor chain through the bottle-out dial, and are transferred out of the 2-in-1 machine by the conveyor chain.

2、Main feature:

1)Blowing machine

  1. a) There is high-definition TFT touch screen. Multiple interface languages can be freely switched, and various operation instructions are expressed by a multi-level menu with graphics and text. The production speed, shift output count, and process parameter setting adjustment interface can be displayed on the screen. The user-friendly operation interface is very convenient to operate.
  2. b) Special designed secondary blowing system monitors in time pressure curve of bottle stretch process in each cavity to provide accurate and timely parameters for process adjustment, which is more convenient to get the stable quality bottle.
  3. c) The bottle and preform conveying system uses a manipulator to control the high-precision cam mechanism to accurately and high-speedly cooperate with the action of the mold opening and closing mechanism to automatically complete the process of preform taking, loading, bottle taking, and bottle feeding. The movement is stable and reliable. At the same time, intermediate pollution during the transfer of preforms and bottles can be avoided. It also has an automatic rejection function, which can accurately reject unqualified bottles and preforms when there are abnormalities in bottles and preforms.
  4. d) The mold clamping supercharging system, the cam mechanism accurately controls the opening and closing of the mold base, combined with the simple mold base structure, ensures the reliability of the sealing under various pressures; the blowing parameters of each mold cavity can be independently controlled. The blowing pressure can be adjusted according to the situation, and it has the function of real-time diagnosis of the fault; the stretching rod can accurately control the axial stretching of the preform, and the blowing can control the lateral stretching of the preform. The precise distribution of the wall thickness of the bottle can be obtained after precise adjustment of the primary and secondary blows.
  5. e) The far-infrared heater adopts 10-stage temperature control. Each group of heating lamps in the preheating zone and the adjusting zone can be controlled and adjusted according to the process requirements. A real-time temperature monitoring system is provided to avoid the temperature of the outer wall of the preform being too high. To ensure the stability of the process; the heating system is equipped with a flip structure, the bottle mouth is facing down, the bottle body is facing up, and the heating heat is upward, which is beneficial to the heating of the bottle body (at the same time, it is beneficial to protect the bottle mouth); The reflecting plates of both sides of the heating light box are made of ceramic plates to form a thermal balance system, which has a good thermal insulation effect, no deformation at high temperatures, uniform preform heating, and uniform wall thickness of the blown bottle, which effectively reduces the heating power of the lamp tube and has a significant energy saving effect.
  6. f) High-pressure gas recovery system to collect high-pressure gas after bottle blowing, can meet the supply of low-pressure gas to the machine, and can also be provided to other equipment, thereby saving energy consumption and reducing costs.
  7. g) According to different preforms and bottle sizes of the user, the corresponding process parameters such as heating temperature and blowing time can be set, and it has a memory function. When changing the bottle sizes and preforms, the preset parameters can be used to produce smoothly, which makes complex process adjustments easy; high-resolution HMI, multi-language selection can be adapted to users in different regions of the world.
  8. h) Real-time monitoring function and various malfunction alarm hints and help, flexible and convenient parameter set can satisfy various technical requirements.
  9. i) High-quality hardware, first-class network, familiar technology, innovative design, and perfect control ensure product quality.
  10. j) According to customer’s requirement, the whole system can be maintained by Ethernet.
  11. k) The mould is made of special aluminium alloy. The surface adopts special oxidation to extend the mould life and lower the production cost.
  12. l) There is a preform discharge and overload protection device at the feed position. When the feed is abnormal, the preform can be automatically removed and reset automatically. In special cases, there is overload protection toeliminate the abnormality and reset by jogging.
  13. m) For safety, the machine equips perfect and reliable security door system and alarm device to ensure maximum safety for operators.

2)Transition dial

  1. a) It adopts the form of hanging bottle mouth transmission, no need to adjust the height of the equipment to change the bottle type.
  2. b) It is equipped with some bottle protection devices.

3)Filling machine

  1. a) Large flat toothed bearings for smooth and reliable operation.
  2. b) The filling method is non-contact filling;
  3. c) Spare parts that contact liquid are made of stainless steel 316L.
  4. d) The filling valve is equipped with a manual cleaning cup, which can perform a complete CIP cycle cleaning of the filling valve.
  5. e) The addition of a rotating spray ball in the cylinder effectively ensures the cleaning effect.

4)Capping machine

  1. a) Using magnetic constant torque capping head, the capping effect is stable and reliable.
  2. b) A set of photoelectric switches is installed on the capping guide rail. When there is no cap on the capping guide rail, the machine will automatically stop running, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of capless bottles;

c)Capping machine bottle detection switch is adopted, and the capping cylinder connected with the capping guide rail and the cap dial is interlocked to control the capping of the capping, ensuring that cap feeding is stopped when there is no bottle, reducing cap loss.

5)Bottle-out dial

  1. a) The bottle-out dial adopts the bottle bottom conveying method, and it is not necessary to adjust the height of the machine and the bottle conveying chain when changing the bottle shape.
  2. b) It is equipped with a bottle protection device.

6)Bottle-out conveying chain

  1. a) The drive motor adopts variable frequency speed regulation, which is synchronized with the two-in-one filling machine, which can effectively prevent the bottle from falling over.
  2. b) The bottle-out conveyor chain is equipped with a photoelectric switch. When a bottle jam occurs, the 2-in-1 filling machine can be controlled to slow down and stop.

7)Base frame

  1. a) The base frame adopts an inclined rack, so that water won’t accumulate on the countertop.
  2. b) It is equipped with complete supporting sewage pipes.

8)Control system

  1. a) The PLC automatically completes the entire process control of the two-in-one filling machine from bottle entry to bottle exit.
  2. b) Using touch screen operation, the production speed, shift output count, fault category, fault occurrence point, etc.. are displayed on the screen. And it can automatically statistics the time of fault occurrence, fault category and other information.
  3. c) The main electrical components are adopted world famous products to ensure the excellent performance of the whole machine.
  4. d) All components of the gas system adopt world-renowned brand products (such as: German FESTO, Japanese SMC products, etc.).
  5. e) The machine is equipped with a PLC-controlled automatic centralized lubrication pump, and each lubrication point can be regularly and quantitatively refueled, which improves the reliability of the equipment.
