Overview

  10. The main support structure of the cage loading machine head is constructed from high-quality carbon steel pipes (80*60mm) welded together, with a powder-coated and baked-on finish.
  11. The cage guide structure, can guide, and guard plate are all made of stainless steel and are adjustable. Cage positioning is achieved through a cylinder-encircled fixing mechanism, ensuring a stable structure, accurate positioning, and smooth loading operation.

The rear section has a cylinder and a tank-stopping mechanism. The lower transition plate is laser-cut, with its outer contour matching the tank diameter, ensuring neat and accurate tank stopping. The front conveyor and cage-loading actions are linked for start and stop. The cage-entry transition plate uses a cylinder to rotate, ensuring smooth cage entry and exit.

This structure restricts the overall dimensions of the tank layer during operation, and a frequency converter-controlled self-braking motor drives a synchronous belt for transmission, ensuring that the tank does not experience squeezing deformation or tipping jamming during linear freedom of movement.
  15. The side plates of the conveyor belt are made of 2.5mm thick SUS304 stainless steel. The chain is a heavy-duty chain with a pitch of 57.15mm.
