3.Prominent mechanism character:
1)The containers are divided into multiple lines by partition plates on the bottle feeding conveyor belt, and then evenly grouped by the bottle sorting mechanism. After grouping the containers, they are dropped onto the cardboard through a bottle dropping mechanism. During the descent of the falling mechanism with bottles and cardboard, a set of molded baffles are used to fold the cardboard into a cardboard box shape. While the main drive is carrying the luggage forward, the top of the paper package is first sprayed with glue through the glue spraying mechanism, and then the top edge is folded off through the cam mechanism. At the same time, the front pressure box is pressed down to complete the bonding of the top; The luggage continues to move forward, and then the side of the paper package is sprayed with glue through the glue spraying mechanism. The final forming and bonding of the paper package is completed through the side pressure and rear pressure box mechanism, and the paper package is sent out to the conveyor belt by the main drive.
2)The whole machine adopts Siemens PLC and control technology, and the touch screen has the function of whole machine control, which can list the current and accumulated packaging quantity. The positioning program is faster and more accurate, and can directly input and change the packaging specification parameters, as well as save the parameters of different packaging specifications, to optimize the entire process of equipment operation in a timely manner. All work steps have sensor detectors with self diagnostic function. If there is any malfunction, the equipment will automatically stop, the alarm light will sound, and the fault description will be listed on the touch screen.
3)In response to the large size error of domestic bottle types, in order to prevent the occurrence of bottle tipping during the forward transportation of packaged materials, this equipment is specially equipped with an automatic clutch and photoelectric shutdown device on the bottle pushing mechanism. The reset is fast and can be completed within one minute, avoiding frequent shutdowns caused by bottle tipping.
4)STB-XB20 packaging machine has remote diagnosis and control technology in the equipment selection function to solve the problem of improving equipment performance and upgrading software functions for customers in the future.
