Automatic Glass Bottle Depalletizer

1.Descriptions

1)The main structures, such as frame and beam, are made of high quality carbon steel bending and welding. The structure strength is high and the deformation is not easy to be deformed, which ensures the reliable completion of unloading flask and so on. In order to attract attention and ensure safety, the machine adopts two-color spray paint, and the lifting and moving parts paint with orange and medium gray of the fixed frame.

2)Bottle pallets enter and position with low chain conveying mode, conveying line height is 500mm, convenient forklift transportation and palletizing with bottle palletizing, longer conveying line has manual unpacking working place, plastic cloth and bag binding bag can be removed manually. Prepare for automatic follow-up work.

3)The bottle depalletizer adopts two layers of clasping mechanism, the upper layer holding the top bottle and the lower layer holding the lower bottle or the stacking plate, so that the upper bottle does not disturb the position of the lower bottle and ensure the smooth movement of each layer. The height of the lower bottle holding mechanism can be adjusted to fit the position of different bottles.

4)The unloading motion is driven by Schneider imported AC servo motor. The speed is adjustable. The movement to the end can relieve the stop without the impact vibration of the bottle and machine.

5)The bottle-stacking adopts 1200X1000X155-mm high-strength plastic palletizing board, which is widely used in our country and has low purchasing cost. The diaphragm is a general purpose injection-moulded partition with protective edges (3-sided enclosure, narrow-sided bottle exit) and can be reused.

6)The machine has its own partition collection manipulator and automatic collection machine for stacking plates, which can be collected in order and then transported centrally by the forklift truck. The running direction of the machine palletizing conveyor is perpendicular to the unloading direction, the stacking station, the partition collecting station and the stacking plate collecting station are all in the same direction, the operation is convenient and the space is less.

7)The whole machine adopts the industrial computer integrated control, the movement program can be adjusted and controlled, the action can be carried with the work prompt on the touch screen, the machine can be adjusted according to the requirement, and it is convenient to use. At the same time, the machine is equipped with multiple safety protective devices and limit devices. Outside is equipped with perimeter safety fence and safety door to ensure the safe operation of the machine.
